Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across diverse industries
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent our agency at job fairs and industry networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement metrics
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
