Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions across Charlotte
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Facilitate weekly payroll processes for temporary staff, ensuring timely payments
- Develop creative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Track key metrics (fill rates, time-to-fill) and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Charlotte or similar market
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekly-pay roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's business landscape and talent pool
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
