Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with precision

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in California market

- Strong client management skills with ability to negotiate contracts and close placements
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural awareness
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent assignments
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
