Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse Portland-based roles across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build strategic partnerships with Portland-area businesses to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal opportunities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement with weekly payment coordination
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop talent pipelines for high-demand Portland industries
- Maintain compliance with Oregon employment regulations and agency standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruitment/staffing experience with Portland market knowledge
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Portland's competitive job market
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse talent pools
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for contract/permanent placements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with weekly deliverables
- Valid Oregon staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
