Responsibilities
- Sourcel and vet high-caliber candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build strategic client partnerships with 50+ regional businesses
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: interviews, offers, onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems to optimize candidate placement efficiency
- Exceed monthly KPIs: 15 placements, 25 qualified candidates
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 12+ placements quarterly
- Expertise in technical and healthcare verticals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- North Carolina staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid NC driver's license for client visits
