Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, hospitality, and tech
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (time-to-fill, placement rates)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
