Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive recruitment strategies
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track candidates and ensure timely placements
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (client site visits required)
