Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Placement Management: Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of active candidates and job orders.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Salesforce).
- Self-Motivation: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
