Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment techniques including Boolean searches and social media outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and technical competency
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Present candidates to clients with detailed profiles highlighting strengths and alignment with company culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven success in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
