Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen top-tier candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement for high-value clients
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key accounts
- Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize candidate matching and fill rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and negotiation techniques
- Analyze talent market data to advise clients on competitive compensation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience in Dallas market
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network within DFW tech/startup ecosystem
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Experience with RPO or contract-to-hire models
- Data-driven approach with ability to present ROI metrics
