Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent temporary and contract roles
- Conduct rapid interviews with 24-hour turnaround requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume client needs
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent discovery
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Meet weekly placement KPIs with minimum 15 submissions/day
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing demands
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven ability to fill roles within 48-72 hours
- Expertise in Austin's tech, finance, or healthcare talent markets
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Lever ATS
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- Valid Texas driver's license for local client meetings
- US work authorization and background clearance
