Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple sectors.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule candidates, and manage the offer process from negotiation to acceptance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to build rapport and network with both clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced office environment in San Diego, CA.
