Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate interactions and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
