Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in permanent and contract positions across various industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate outreach, and negotiation of offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, and sourcing tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and culture fit.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive positioning.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruiting KPI targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
