Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in urgent open positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media for proactive talent sourcing
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in recruitment systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in urgent hiring environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven settings
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
