Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 20+ key client accounts
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using our proprietary ATS platform
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance metrics
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Southern Arizona
- Represent Elite Staffing Solutions at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Strong network of local talent connections in Tucson metropolitan area
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
