In this role, you will be the face of our agency, acting as a career coach and matchmaker for both clients and candidates. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing talent to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
What You Will Do:
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into various industries, including hospitality, construction, and administrative roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Las Vegas businesses and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Negotiate competitive pay rates and manage daily pay logistics for temporary workers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the Las Vegas job market.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to attract passive candidates.

Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, interviews, and selects qualified candidates for various staffing positions.
- Builds and maintains relationships with local businesses and hiring managers.
- Manages the full-cycle recruiting process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Negotiates pay rates and contract terms to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- Ensures compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Las Vegas area required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
