Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client roles across Dallas
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback
- Assist with job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to team goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior staffing/recruitment experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn ATS systems
