Responsibilities

- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to generate new staffing opportunities.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly recruitment and revenue targets.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to promote our agency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college students are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
