Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills/fit for roles
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS system
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate hiring processes
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly recruitment targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with competitive drive
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (client site visits required)
