Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for various client positions
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview schedules
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Update and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Participate in recruitment events and community outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
