Your Role
As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be the face of our brand, managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to closing placements. You will build lasting relationships with industry leaders and help job seekers advance their careers.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Success: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of local market trends in Milwaukee to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Dedication: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive monthly targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Milwaukee office.
