Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and cold calling to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect fit for client needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent across multiple industries.
- Manage the full interview process, coordinating schedules and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract passive job seekers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and negotiate placements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
