Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience in California market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement KPIs
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in commission-based compensation structure
