Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal positions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize hiring pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Kansas City's talent market and key industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
