Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for various industry verticals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and salary benchmarks.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
- Ensure a high level of candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
