Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct engaging interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system and candidate pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Present qualified candidates to clients with compelling profiles
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Austin market knowledge and local network a plus
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
