Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Utilize social media and job boards to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Strong understanding of the El Paso job market and industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
