Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for various staffing positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job order intake to placement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture fit.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Ensure exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (or equivalent internship experience).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
