Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks and duties as assigned during the night shift hours (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, machinery, or office software accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Handle inventory management, data entry, or customer service tasks as required by the specific role.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and holidays as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (if applicable to role).
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation (for on-site roles).
