Responsibilities
- Conduct Initial Screenings: Perform phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, personality, and cultural fit for Omaha-based companies.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify passive candidates and expand our talent pool.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new placements, ensuring a smooth transition for both the employee and the client.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update job boards with current openings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or customer service is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates and clients.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems, email, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Location: Must reside within or be willing to commute to the Omaha, NE metropolitan area.
