Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy.
- Source talent through various channels including LinkedIn and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Market open positions to potential candidates and expand our talent network.
- Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required.
