Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Source and recruit talent using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
- Update candidate profiles and CRM records with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insightful feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to help others succeed.
