Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events to identify and engage high-quality candidates for open roles.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs and industry trends.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Placement Execution: Manage the entire placement process, including negotiation of offers, onboarding coordination, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
