Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events to identify and engage high-quality candidates for open roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs and industry trends.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Execution: Manage the entire placement process, including negotiation of offers, onboarding coordination, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market conditions to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly updates on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition is preferred; however, we are open to high-potential candidates with immediate availability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and pipelines simultaneously.
- Self-Motivation: A hunter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday) with occasional evening networking events.
