Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing needs in healthcare, IT, and administrative sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and contract administration
- Utilize ATS platforms and data analytics to optimize hiring strategies
- Present compelling job opportunities to passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company hiring standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across diverse industries
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Virginia driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
