Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical and professional roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand positions in software development, data science, and product management
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to match cultural fit and technical capabilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate quality, conversion rates)
- Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach and networking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in the San Francisco Bay Area tech market
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in engineering, IT, or product management
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment decisions
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Deep understanding of Bay Area tech ecosystem and startup culture
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent searches
