Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary/permanent roles
- Build and maintain robust client relationships across DFW metro
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track pipeline metrics

Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience required
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
