Responsibilities
- Source and vet high-caliber candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Leverage CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and report key metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling job postings and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume/staffing agency recruitment or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive markets (finance/tech preferred)
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing recruitment metrics
- Relevant certification (CPC, CTS, or SHRM-CP) strongly preferred
