Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments for various industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively
- Track key metrics and report recruitment outcomes to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling high-volume roles in technical or industrial fields
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
