Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
