Responsibilities
- Source and screen 50+ qualified candidates weekly using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly business development outreach
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments for diverse roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Present strategic talent market insights to clients during weekly reviews
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted job campaigns
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding support
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates/month
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee's talent landscape (manufacturing/healthcare/IT)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification a plus
