Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for Mesa's in-demand industries
- Conduct thorough behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop strategic partnerships with Mesa-based employers to understand hiring needs
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using analytics and KPI tracking
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of 20+ placements/month in technical or healthcare roles
- Expert knowledge of Mesa's local talent market and employer landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license for local client meetings
