Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in immediate-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with Louisville-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and digital sourcing tools to maximize efficiency
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years in recruiting/staffing or related sales/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed placement targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
