Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including healthcare, IT, and administrative positions
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Facilitate seamless client-candidate matching with data-driven placement decisions
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at 50+ partner companies
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates through weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing 10+ candidates monthly in competitive markets
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP certification or equivalent considered a significant advantage
