Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
