Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and networking events to identify and engage with passive and active job seekers.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens to understand candidate goals, skills, and salary requirements.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and video interviews between candidates and clients.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate guidance to candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires in preparing for their roles and ensuring a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (equivalent experience in a high-volume sales or service role is accepted).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruitment software and CRM platforms.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for networking events.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for local travel to client sites and industry events.
