Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Data Science, etc.) using various sourcing channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and social media engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical needs and culture.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve placement goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling technical positions in the Tampa or broader Florida area.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
