Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment using data-driven strategies and SEO best practices.
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages to maximize organic search visibility and candidate engagement.
- Sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating schedules and facilitating feedback loops.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve our sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to recruitment marketing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience sourcing candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
