Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and technology
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct candidate interviews, skill assessments, and background verifications
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnel efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and client satisfaction targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
