Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain deep relationships with Austin's hiring managers and HR leaders
- Optimize recruitment workflows using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Analyze market trends to position candidates strategically
- Mentor junior recruiters while exceeding quarterly KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with Austin market exposure
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements/month
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
